Located in Swampscott, Massachusetts, on Boston’s North Shore, the Jewish Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing center with special care units for residents with memory loss, a short-term rehabilitation facility and adult day center. On its Peabody campus, the JRC is home to an 130-apartment assisted living community, including the Legacy Program, 32 suites for individuals with memory loss.
