• Take Revere Beach Parkway (Rte. 16) East
• Follow signs to Rt. 1-A to Lynn/North Shore
• Follow 1-A over a bridge and along The Lynnway
• Look for 1-A signs - you will make a quick left, then a quick right to continue on Rt. 1-A
• Follow Rte. 1-A through Lynn (Broad St., becomes Lewis St.) into Swampscott where 1-A becomes Paradise Road
• Pass Department of Public Works, Swampscott Trauma and Treatment Center, and a CITGO station on your right
• Entrance to the JRC, on your left, is marked by a sign reading "JRC 330 - Adult Day Center - Skilled Nursing Center."

• Take exit 25 (Rte. 114 East) towards Salem. Follow signs for Rt. 114 East.
• At Salem State College, take a right at the lights onto Rte. 1-A South
Bear left at next set of lights, following Rte. 1-A past Vinnin Square strip malls on both sides.
• After Crown Pointe condominiums on the right and Whole Foods on the left, take a right at the entrance to the JRC,marked by a sign reading
"JRC 330 - Adult Day Center - Skilled Nursing Center."

• Take exit 44B toward Lynn (Lynnfield Street)
• Follow Rte. 129 East
• At rotary, continue on Rt. 129 East through several turns
• Follow Chestnut Street (Rt. 129-A ) to end, which is Broad Street (Rt 1-A)
• Turn left onto Broad Street
• Broad Street becomes Lewis Street. Follow it into Swampscott where Rt. 1-A becomes Paradise Road
• Pass Department of Public Works, Swampscott Trauma and Treatment Center, and a Citgo station on your right
• Entrance to the JRC, on your left, is marked by a sign reading "JRC 330 - Adult Day Center - Skilled Nursing Center."

• Follow Rte 1-A from Callahan Tunnel to the North Shore
• DO NOT TAKE THE CUTOFF FOR LOGAN AIRPORT
• Follow signs to Rt. 1-A North to Lynn/North Shore
• Follow 1-A over a bridge and along the Lynnway
• Look for 1-A signs - you will make a quick left, then a quick right to continue on Rt. 1-A
• Follow Rte. 1-A through Lynn (Broad St., becomes Lewis St.) into Swampscott where 1-A becomes Paradise Road

• At the end of driveway, take a right onto Lynnfield Street. Continue through set of lights.
• At next set of lights (Sunoco station on right), bear left onto Washington Street.
• Continue through next set of lights. Take a right onto Clements Street. Take second left onto Milk Street (towards Salem). At end, take a right onto Sutton Street. Follow to set of lights.
• At set of lights,(Tri-City Sales on your left) take a right onto Highland Ave (Rt. 107).
• Take first left at next light onto Swampscott Road.
• At the end of Swampscott Road, take a left onto Essex Street and follow to next set of lights.
• At lights, take a right into the Stop & Shop Shopping Center. Follow road through to set of lights at the other end of lot.
• Turn right onto Paradise Road.
• The JRC is on the right, opposite FoodmasterWhole Foods market, at the blinking yellow light.
