JRC Admissions

The JRC Skilled Nursing Center and Short-Term Rehabilitation Program:

Admission is available to adults living in or having connections in North Shore communities served by the JRC, regardless of race, creed, ethnic origin, gender or financial status
As a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility offering both short and long-term care, the JRC serves those individuals who require long-term care as well as those requiring short-term rehabilitation.
Pre-admission appointments may be scheduled to make a mutual determination of the appropriateness of admission.
The JRC is a Medicaid and Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing Center.
